One of our favorite features of the glass-walled pool is the lightshow, controllable via an app, that allows you to pick the perfect tone, or set the pool ablaze to the beat of your music. Accented by a light waterfall, this pool is THE place to get wet.
Direct ocean access (hint: for JUMPING in!):Our adventure-seeking guests will head straight for the docks – the perfect spot to jump right in to the deep, wavy waters on the villa’s cliffside. This is the perfect place to jump in, snorkel, and even to board a boat or jetski direct from your villa. Not into the waves? This is also the perfect spot to grab a drink and watch the sunset with a loved one. The deck extends across the entire ocean-facing side of Tip and is one of the best spots to lounge!

Venture down to Tip’s private, man-made beach featuring palapas, lounge chairs, and tons of water sports. Located just beyond the Splash Bar, Tip’s beach offers glass-bottom kayaks, regular kayaks, stand up paddleboards and so much more. Looking for something a little less physical? The beach is perfect for wading in slowly, with a large section of shallow waters for relaxing, slow entrance into the water. This beach also provides direct access to boarding boats or jetskis, which can be stored right on-site for easy access.
The lush mangroves:Just off the private beach and further into the canal that neighbours Tip are some of the most lush mangroves in the world. Mangroves are waterways dotted with vibrant green water plants that live and thrive just above the surface. This is the perfect place to explore by kayak or stand up paddleboard, and gives a sense of adventure to our property. These mangroves are an ecological staple to the Turks and Caicos islands and represent the unique geography and settings of our idyllic backdrop.
