How many guests can Tip accommodate?
Tip can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 guests across 5 different suites. We have two identical master suites on the main level, each with a king bed, and two identical deluxe suites on the main level, each with a queen bed. Our lower level suite has one queen bed. Each suite has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, with the master suites each featuring a free-standing soaking tub. The common area of the home features a full powder room for use by all guests.

What are Tip’s main amenities?
There are so many to choose from! However, the short list includes: full indoor/outdoor living space with a giant sliding glass door, a glass-walled pool, a private beach and lagoon equipped with all sorts of water toys, a variety of sun decks and docks for lounging, palapas and lounge chairs throughout, a zen yoga garden with a workout zone, a full chef’s kitchen, and many more features that make Tip special.
Is Tip of the Tail secure?
Yes. Our property is protected by an automated gate and fencing and is equipped with security cameras and a full security system. That being said, Turks and Caicos is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean, and we’ve never had any sort of security issue.
What is the best way to get to the Turks and Caicos islands?
Every year, more and more airlines and airports offer direct flights right into Providenciales, the island in Turks and Caicos where Tip is located. There are many popular airports with direct flights, including Toronto, New York, Miami, Dallas, and many more. Check with your travel agent for the simplest flight route.
Will my stay at tip include a chef and cleaning service?
Yes. Prior your arrival, our concierge staff will discuss your meal preferences and ensure that we have everything stocked to suit all of your culinary tastes. Both our chef and our cleaning staff are live-in, meaning that you’ll have access to their services for your entire stay.
