THE SPLASH BAR
You know you’re in party-central when your villa has its own bar and party room! At Tip of the Tail, we call it the Splash Bar, and it’s the place to be whether you’re looking for beachside drinks or an evening of billiards. The best part? The Splash Bar isn’t really inside, or outside… it adapts to however the guests want to use it. While it’s located inside the structure of the villa, a bar-style automated awning lifts to bring the outdoors in! That means you can grab an ice cold Turks Head Lager (our favorite on-island beer) or a piña colada from the sand in your board shorts and flipflops, or keep it intimate at night and close the windows for the ultimate party ambiance. Whatever your preference, the Splash Bar is the place to be.
GLASS-WALLED POOL
The title says it all. Our pool has a GLASS wall! Aside from being absolutely instagrammable, our glass-walled pool lets in the natural light from the hues of the ocean surrounding Tip for the most amazing, refreshing experience, whether you’re in the water, or lounging next to it. Up for an extra level of tranquility? Turn on the fountains to add to the ambiance or to keep the kids amused. But that’s not all – our pool has a secret that comes alive at night. As the sun sets on paradise, pick up the villa’s control iPad to set the pool ablaze in an electric light show of neon pinks, blues, greens, reds and purples – or set a custom tone to the exact hue of your preference. Whether you’re throwing a pool party for all of your guests, or simply lounging next to a serene lightshow listening to the crash of the waves, our pool is the ULTIMATE accent to our home.
DUAL MASTER SUITES
It’s bound to happen – you arrive in Paradise with your closest friends, and the mad dash to the master begins as soon as you walk through the door. There’s no ‘rock-paper-scissors’ necessary at Tip of the Tail Villa, since we have TWO identical master suites on either end of the villa. Both suites feature a massive bathroom accented by a free-standing soaking tub and a massive rainfall shower. Light travel not your thing? No problem. Both master suites feature HUGE walk-through closets designed to accommodate even the heaviest packer. A plush king bed, massive floor-to-ceiling retractable doors, and large flat screen TVs make these two suites the ultimate sisters.
ZEN YOGA GARDEN
A vacation at Tip of the Tail can be exactly what you want it to be. Whether you’re looking for party-central, adventures on the water, or simply a space to relax and unwind, this Turks & Caicos Rental Villa has it all. Our zen yoga garden was designed to be a restorative, relaxing and empowering enclave of our villa for the athletic and the spiritual alike. Slip into your shavasana in this peaceful place of practice or go hard with an intensive outdoor workout using our exercise equipment and training tools. This space is designed to keep you fit, aligned, and focused while on vacation at Tip of the Tail Villa.
20-PERSON FIRE PIT
The nighttime comes alive at Tip of the Tail in our custom-built firepit designed to accommodate a lively party of 20. Sip drinks, get cozy, listen to music or enjoy an outdoor barbeque at our massive glass-walled firepit inspired by chic Miami nights.
PRIVATE BEACH
Tip of the Tail’s location, setting, and layout were completely inspired by the allure of the water, and the sensual, healing and exciting powers of the ocean. There are many ways to access the water that surrounds Tip, including a private beach designed to slowly immerse you into our lagoon, where you can go for a swim, or paddleboard out to explore the vast mangroves that surround our villa. Tip also features a beautiful wooden dock and ladder that exist directly to the deep-water side of the ocean, allowing you to jump right in, or even board a boat or jetski directly from our coastline.
WATERSPORTS
Watersports at Tip of the Tail are by far one of our top guest favorites in terms of on-site activities. We have an entire fleet of kayaks (both standard and glass-bottom), stand-up paddleboards, float toys and more. Through our exclusive partnership with our neighbouring marina, we can even have jetskis delivered right to our private beach for you and your guests to enjoy.
THE ULTIMATE DAY BED
Arguably the heart of our villa, a list of guest-favorites wouldn’t be complete without mentioning our MASSIVE pool-side day bed, accented by our custom wooden lattice and beautiful Caribbean fabrics. Set directly infront of the wade-in section of our glass-walled pool, the day bed is the perfect place to relax, read a book, or cuddle with loved ones.
SMART CONNECTIVITY
Tip of the Tail Villa is a smart home. While we’re all for relaxing and disconnecting, we want to make sure that our guests who do wish to remain connected to the outside world can do so easily, and at high speeds. Our home is connected to a villa-wide, indoor-outdoor Sonos music system so that you can play your music throughout the entire property, as well as high-speed internet. We also use technology for safety and security purposes, with our camera-monitored and electronically-operated driveway gates, keypad entry door systems, and easy to use home systems like electronic window shades, entertainment systems, and more.
